Since its inception in 2016, SCF has evolved to provide targeted financial assistance, mentorship, and a collaborative platform for developers and entrepreneurs. Tailored Support for Every Stage
SCF offers two primary programs to cater to different stages of project development. Kickstart Week is a five-day design sprint where early-stage teams refine their ideas with expert mentorship, ultimately transforming them into proofs of concept. Successful participants receive up to $15,000 in XLM to bring their vision to life.
For more advanced projects that have already validated their concepts, the Build Awards provide funding of up to $150,000 in XLM. This support enables teams to scale their projects, integrate into the Stellar ecosystem, and reach a wider audience.
Community Engagement and Participation
One of SCF’s core principles is active community involvement. Verified members contribute to the fund by offering feedback, voting on funding allocations, and participating in governance decisions. This decentralized approach ensures that the fund’s resources are directed toward projects that align with the community’s vision and needs.
